Proudly Serving the South Brunswick Community Since 1941

The Monmouth Junction First Aid Squad is an all volunteer, non-profit organization dedicated to providing the residents of South Brunswick with professional emergency medical care and transport during evenings/nights and all day Saturday. The volunteers have received professional training and some also work as emergency medical professionals when not volunteering.

We do not bill for our services and we are not recipients of property taxes. Yet, it costs hundreds of dollars per emergency call for equipment, supplies, uniforms, training, and much more. Instead, we seek voluntary donations from residents and businesses in South Brunswick.

During 2025, Monmouth Junction First Aid Squad responded to 893 emergency calls. The care we provide remains at the highest level - meeting or exceeding New Jersey state regulations.

We need your support in two ways!

We need donations to continue our services, and we need to maintain and increase the number of adult members.

Donations are used to continue training our members, maintaining our fleet, and stocking our supplies so we can be there when you need us! Click the donate button or the top of the page to learn more about donating, what your contributions go towards, and more information.

Members come from all walks of life in a variety of careers and in varying stages of life. If you are interested in learning more about becoming a member, click on the APPLY button at the top of the page. Or write to us at famj08852@gmail.com for more information. We would be happy to meet with you and tell you why we give our time to Monmouth Junction First Aid Squad.
